Rick A. Zuniga

Rick Zuniga is a native of the Rio Grande Valley, raised in Rio Hondo, Texas, and has been a litigator with Atlas, Hall & Rodriguez since 2012. His practice covers consumer and commercial disputes, personal injury defense, and representation of creditors, debtors, landlords, real estate companies, and financial institutions. Prior to joining the firm, Rick interned with the Texas 13th Court of Appeals, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the Texas Supreme Court. He also holds a Texas Mediation Certification.
Rick earned his B.A. summa cum laude from Texas State University in 2008, his M.A. in Legal Studies from Texas State University in 2009, and his J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law in 2012. He served as President of the Hidalgo County Bar Association and Foundation from 2021 to 2022 and is a graduate of both Leadership McAllen and Leadership State Bar of Texas.
