Mike Mills joined Atlas, Hall & Rodriguez in 1976 and has been a partner since 1982. He represents corporations, insurance companies, and individuals in civil litigation, with 100% of his practice devoted to litigation. His areas of practice include personal injury, toxic tort, deceptive trade practices, product liability, employment litigation, malpractice, and workers' compensation employer defense. Mike graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 1973 and earned his law degree from the University of Texas in 1976. He was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley.
Mike is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, an Advocate of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and has been named a Texas Super Lawyer since 2005. He received the Hidalgo County Bar Association Lifetime Achievement Award.
