Michael Rodriguez

Michael Rodriguez has been a partner at Atlas, Hall & Rodriguez since April 2012, when Rodriguez & Rodriguez, PLLC joined the newly named firm. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, products liability, and federal criminal defense. After graduating from the University of Texas School of Law in 1994, Michael practiced complex litigation and products liability at Rodriguez, Colvin, Chaney & Saenz before serving as General Counsel to the Texas Senate Intergovernmental Relations Committee in 1997. From 1998 to 2002, he served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of Texas, prosecuting drug conspiracy, white collar crime, and immigration cases. He is a member of the firm's Executive Committee.
