Mariana Lozano

Mariana Lozano is an associate at Atlas, Hall & Rodriguez, representing private and public companies in complex transactions and corporate governance matters. Her practice focuses on real estate law, banking and financial services, business and corporate law, business entities, government and public affairs, and construction law. Prior to joining AH&R, Mariana practiced at a large international law firm in Houston, where she drafted and negotiated complex commercial agreements and assisted clients with high-value acquisitions and internal restructurings.

Mariana earned her B.S. with Honors in Corporate Communications Studies from the University of Texas at Austin in 2020 and her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 2023, where she served as Vice President of Community Building for the American Constitution Society and as a Student Attorney in the Transnational Workers Rights Clinic.

She is fluent in English and Spanish.
