Marco X. Pena is an associate at Atlas, Hall & Rodriguez, focusing his practice on Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning, Property Owners' Associations, Banking and Financial Services, Bankruptcy and Creditor's Rights, Guardianships, Probate, and Real Estate Law. A native of Edinburg, Texas and a fourth-generation farmer and cattle rancher, Marco brings a firsthand understanding of agricultural and rural property matters to his practice. He earned his B.S. in Agribusiness magna cum laude from Texas A&M University in 2022 and his J.D. cum laude from Baylor University School of Law in 2025, where he was consistently named to the Dean's List and recognized as a Top 10 Speaker in the Dawson & Sodd Moot Court Competition.
