Joseph M. Habbouche

Joseph M. Habbouche joined Atlas, Hall & Rodriguez in July 2007 and concentrates his practice in real estate transactions, business matters, entity formation, intellectual property rights, and business and asset acquisitions. He served as Managing Partner of the firm from February 2022. Joe graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan in 2001, earned his M.A. summa cum laude from the University of Toledo in 2002, and received his J.D. cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2005. Before moving to the Rio Grande Valley, he practiced at a law firm in Toledo, Ohio.

Joe is licensed in Ohio and Texas and is admitted to practice in multiple U.S. District Courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit. He was named a Texas Bar Foundation Fellow in 2014 and a Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2019.
