Frederick J. (“Fred”) Biel

Fred Biel has been a partner at Atlas, Hall & Rodriguez since 1989, with more than 47 years of experience in real estate, banking, business, and agricultural law. He represents individuals, corporations, banks, governmental entities, developers, title companies, and investors across commercial, residential, farm, and ranch transactions. Fred holds board certifications in Commercial Real Estate Law, Farm and Ranch Real Estate Law, and Residential Real Estate Law from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and is a member of the firm's Executive Committee.

Prior to joining the firm, Fred served as General Counsel to the Texas Department of Human Resources, County Attorney for Bee County, and Municipal Prosecutor for the City of Beeville. He is a member of the American College of Real Estate Attorneys and has served as Course Director for multiple TexasBarCLE real estate law programs.
