Eduardo Roberto Rodriguez joined Atlas, Hall & Rodriguez in April 2012, bringing more than 50 years of experience as a trial lawyer. He has represented Fortune 100 companies and local and regional clients in cases across a broad range of legal issues. After graduating from the University of Texas Law School in 1968, Eduardo began his career at Hardy & Sharp before helping develop Rodriguez, Colvin, Chaney & Saenz, L.L.P. as senior partner. He served as President of the State Bar of Texas from 2005 to 2006 and is a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers.

Eduardo has received numerous distinctions, including the Luther 'Luke' Soules III Award for Excellence in Litigation (2014), recognition among the 25 Greatest Texas Lawyers of the Past Quarter Century (2010), the Good Apple Award from the Texas Appleseed Foundation (2007), and the Professionalism Award for the Fifth Circuit presented at the U.S. Supreme Court (2017).
