Debra Goetz joined Atlas, Hall & Rodriguez in 2002. Her practice focuses on corporate matters, including entity formation, and local government law, including education and school law. Licensed in both Texas (2003) and New York (1989), Debra received her B.A. with honors in Political Science from the University of Chicago in 1985 and her J.D. magna cum laude from Cornell University in 1988, where she served as articles editor for the Cornell Law Review. Before moving to Texas, she was associated with the law firm of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen and Hamilton in New York and with Rainbow Media Holdings, a subsidiary of Cablevision Systems Corporation.
