Daniel G. (Danny) Gurwitz
Managing Partner
Danny Gurwitz has been a litigator with Atlas, Hall & Rodriguez for almost 30 years and currently serves as Managing Partner. His practice covers complex commercial litigation, construction law, health care law, employer/employee disputes, and wills, estates, and trust litigation. He has represented clients in business and partnership disputes, will contests, products liability, toxic torts, insurance coverage, patent infringement, and food-borne contamination cases, and regularly represents healthcare professionals in Medicaid and Medicare fraud investigations and before the Texas Medical Board.
Notable case outcomes include a million verdict in a commercial breach of contract and fiduciary duty case, an .5 million eminent domain settlement, and the successful resolution of nationwide suits involving contaminated produce. Danny is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, has been recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer by Thompson Reuters, and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
