Brent Bishop joined Atlas, Hall & Rodriguez in January 2015 as a civil litigation attorney. He represents Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, closely-held businesses, individuals, trusts, and trust beneficiaries in state and federal courts and before arbitration tribunals. His practice covers commercial litigation, banking, oil and gas disputes, real estate, probate and trust litigation, personal injury/wrongful death defense, and mass-torts defense.
Brent graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Arizona in 1993 and received his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 1996. He moved to the Rio Grande Valley that same year and has practiced in South Texas ever since.
