Kirby Cavin has been a member of the transactional section at Atlas, Hall & Rodriguez since August 1976. His practice focuses on real estate, irrigation districts and water law, and business and corporate law. A native Texan born in Wichita Falls, Kirby completed his undergraduate work in three years at the University of Texas at Austin, graduating with high honors in Economics and induction into Phi Beta Kappa. During law school, he served as an associate editor of the Texas Law Review.

Kirby is a member of the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas and a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. He serves as an officer and director for STARS Scholarship Fund, a nonprofit that has distributed millions of dollars in scholarships for local students.
